About Us

Babson College is a breeding ground for entrepreneurs and the Babson Forum is the entrepreneurship highlight for students and entrepreneurs each year.

The Babson Forum is the largest student-run event on Babson’s campus and attracts 40 speakers and over 600 attendees each year. This year’s event will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2008 here in Wellesley, Massachusetts and promises to be an exciting experience. We have already brought together another impressive list of speakers and are again holding the Babson Innovation Competition, which rewards the winning pitch with $20,000 towards getting the business idea off the ground.

The Forum will have many Babson student entrepreneurs, both past and present. Additionally, entrepreneurs travel from all over the country to attend this event to learn about current trends in entrepreneurship and ways to better build a business from the ground up. The Forum concludes at the end of the day with an Idea Expo and Networking Reception where attendees can meet the speakers and panelists, interact with a diverse group of entrepreneurs and startup companies, and learn what it takes to take it to the next level and become a top entrepreneur.
