After graduating cum laude from Babson College, Francesco joined Microsoft to analyze and assist in the financial management of the Enterprise and Partner Groups, a $14bn sales organization. Francesco then moved on to work on Mergers and Acquisitions in Microsoft’s Treasury group. Most notably, he worked on $300M in transactions, working daily with executives of the respective acquisitions on their closing and integration plans. While working in the Internal Audit group, Francesco spent time in Beijing and Taipei consulting with sales and R&D subsidiaries to improve their performance.

Recognizing the emergence of new industries based on alternative technologies, Francesco founded DeParis Redinger, a boutique M&A firm and consulting practice, with the premise of empowering visionaries in the international business world. Since founding DeParis Redinger, Francesco has successfully advised on acquisitions to Direct Energy, Microsoft and Active Interest Media. He also leads the firm’s Online Media Consulting practice that works with print publishers’ online business strategies.

Keeping the entrepreneurial spirit alive, Francesco is also the co-founder of Spicy Bear Media, a hyper-local online media publisher, and CrossFit Charlottesville, the fastest growing fitness franchise in the world.

Francesco speaks four languages fluently; Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, French, and English and is one of BusinessWeek’s 2007 Best Young Entrepreneurs.
