She oversees and manages the day-to-day operations for CFS and its web-based business at www.FilingsMadeEasy.com. CFS and FilingsMadeEasy.com were formed in early 2009 during the depths of the Great Recession in anticipation of a surge of new business formations by entrepreneurs looking to take advantage of the fertile business opportunities that often exist during economic downturns. CFS and FilingsMadeEasy.com are headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts and maintain offices and provide services in all 50 states plus Washington, D.C.
